A place for any and all discussion about Fallout 4. Complete Fix guide for all Fallout Games. like unplugging a cd player thats skipping and stuck instead of smashing it.) either way, i suppose. *shrugs* eh, my solution works well enough for me (to which, my way doesn't "destroy" anything as much as it merely "unplugs" something. i tried recycling or disabling the spinning disk in the ship (with the "start ride" switch on it) and that didn't help. but then i guess i assumed that since the sound wasn't "coming" from me it wouldn't work. I honestly never thought about recycling myself. now it can glitch shortly and you shoud have back on a vault 111 suit and it shoud be fine with that bug.Ĭheck if you still have everything, i had it once out of maybe 20 times using that command that it glitched away a weapon and 2 armor pieces (if that happens still after reload just pack em in a container belong to you) SAVE (not quicksave make a hard one) - Go outside view (3th person), open console, click Yourself, then "recycleactor 1" be sure to type the 1 and indeed without the ". Originally posted by Lifeisagame:uhhh i have maybe not so destroying resolve: but when i got into or out of power armor the loop started up again which is what lead me to the solution i posted.) (note: i did try the console command "fks" which force kills all sound until a transition happens and it did stop the sound for a while. Meaning: the loop is still stuck playing, but there is no sound attached to it to actually play.Īs i said, it doesnt "fix" the glitch, but it removes the noticeable part of said glitch.īut, you'll have to remember to deactivate this mod when you start a new game, as it (obviously) carries over to any other play-through. What that does is disassociates the three sounds from the compounded sound that was stuck on loop.
under the "descriptors" tab i REMOVED all three of the descriptors that was attached. double clicked on the user to pull up the "sound descriptor" window for that user (DLC04OBJRideUFOSpinLPM) right clicked on one of the sounds and pulled up the "user info" found the ufo spin sounds that were stuck on repeat (DLC04OBJRideUFOSpinALPM, DLC04OBJRideUFOSpinBLPM, DLC04OBJRideUFOSpinCLPM)
opened the creation kit and loaded nukaworld
though technically i didn't "stop" the sound/glitch. had an idea that, while isn't a perfect fix, does work to remove the sound for the play-through.
